| - I would never bring another vehicle to this location. My wife has a 2009 Jetta, took it in for service. This car had some electrical issues which they attempted to fix. After a day and a half in their shop, finally get it back only to have engine light come on again. Took it back to them for further work. This time, to get to certain parts, they had to remove the transmission, then put transmission back in it's place. We get the car back, drive less than 20 miles and the entire transmission failed in the vehicle. It would no longer go in to any gear. Transmission had never slipped, or hesitated or had any issues whatsoever until we got our car back from them. Out of nowhere transmission fails? They are denying they had anything to do with it failing even though they had to remove it then replace it. In talking with professionals about the transmission situation, no one had ever heard about it failing the way it did out of nowhere. They won't take responsibility or even offer to help us. Not to mention, each time car was in their shop it took days for them to complete any work or diagnosis. Anyone thinking of taking their car here, please move on to the next shop unless you want bigger problems than you had before service. It's now been over a week since vehicle was towed somewhere else and AA Auto never even checked to see if we got it figured out. They claim they care so much about their customers yet we got screwed. Now we no longer can drive our family car because they ruined it and can't afford $2500 or more for a new transmission. Please beware! Update: We can no longer afford to keep our vehicle and are now down to one for our family because of the negligence of the staff. Now we have to take a huge loss on the Jetta which before the work they did (outside of plugs, coils, electrical) was in mint condition. We are forced to sell our family vehicle for $1500 and still owe another $3000 on the loan. This company did a lot of damage to us.
