  • I've been here twice. The first time, I would have given this place 2 stars. It was overpriced, and I felt like the hair designer didnt listen to a thing I said. So I cashed out $55 for a choppy trim. About a year later I receved a coupon in the mail for 50% off my next service. Considering the close proximity to my office, I decided to brave the Texture chair again. I'm so happy I did. Desiree was my designer/associate. She was easy to talk to and I felt like the understood what I wanted out of the appointment. I've lived in Madison for a few years now and haven't found a salon and/or designer that I wished to continue seeing. However, now, I see myself going back to this salon as long as Desiree keeps doing the great job she did last time. The only con is that Texture is rather pricey.
