Ugh where to start, I came in and ordered a new phone from the insurance. They put the order in for it and they also sold me the device for Wi-Fi but it was actually using your own data on your phone they lied to me saying that it was for Wi-Fi. I bought it because they suckered me and telling me that my daughter would be able to use the Wi-Fi in the car on her tablet. Later I found out that it uses your own data on your phone and I already don't have much data in my package. So six days later and no phone. I even called to ask on the status and no one seemed to know. I had them place the order on a store closer to me so I went to go pick it up there finally know no one had called me or when I called they said it wasn't available yet so I finally went in and talk to the manager and it was there. Upon arrival I asked the manager for help and he said I had to wait in line so I was waiting around and I asked him how much longer will it be I was just in a car accident sir I was almost crying when I asked him I just really want my phone and I need to pick it up and he didn't seem and empathetic at all. He just said OK ma'am you still have to wait. So I had my boyfriend go in because I was so upset and I just went in the car when they helped him and I told him that it was available at the other location they sent it to one badura & rainbow. They were nicer at the other location and they had my phone except one girl there was almost in tears as well damn T-Mobile what's up with the customer service makes me not want to do business with this company they are very incompetent I can't believe I had to wait six days for my business phone!
