  • We stopped by the Ledges trail on our way back to Cincinnati from Cleveland (it required just a small detour). The Ledges Trail is really beautiful. There is a large loop and some intersecting trails. We went to the overlook and then walked mainly on the southernmost trail. It was not a strenuous walk; the paths are well-marked and and mostly packed dirt or gravel. The landscape included very cool rock formations and a wonderful tree canopy. The hiking area is only a few miles so it makes for a wonderful excursion.
