I'm over 60 and when I joined was assured there were others my age and I would be given alternate ways to do the weights/core work. My 1st session went great, my 2nd, I was struggling with core work and the trainer looked at me, rolled his eyes and shook his head as if to say, give it up lady. I tried going to an alternate studio in Surprise thinking maybe being close to SC Grand there'd be someone else closer to my age, there were 1 or 2 in 1 or 2 classes. I asked about a class that would have the less members attending, but it was packed. Giving me no chance to get the instructors attention to ask for alternate ways. Consequently, I hurt myself in each session. Paid $100 for 10 months to get (maybe) a dozen workouts. If you're over 50 and not already doing Crossfit somewhere else, you will have a high for potential injury.
