It's so hard to find good Vietnamese food in Pittsburgh. This place is actually pretty small and it looks a bit run down but they have good pho broth. There were not many customers on Sunday during lunch so we were able to seat wherever we wanted. The waitress was really nice and friendly. They bring you hot tea before you order. We ordered spring rolls, thai tea, bun boe hue and pho. Everything was okay, nothing extraordinary. However, I was amazed that the broth for the pho tasted that good!! I did enjoy the broth, however, there was barely any pieces of meat. The meat was cut too thick and small in which they were supposed to cut it long and thin so that the soup can cook it with the heat. I also did not see much tripe in my soup.
It's definitely a good place to get pho but don't expect much protein in your soup. I would definitely try it again next time that I'm craving for pho.
