  • I had a cleaning on Wendesday, October 29th. After the cleaning I noticed that there were items missing from a cupboard in my kitchen and from each of my bathrooms. I was very upset that items had been stolen. When I called to let Merry Maids know, I told them I was very unhappy with the service and did not want to pay. The manager I spoke with said that she would speak to the owner and call me back. I did not get a call back and instead they charged my card even though I did not authorize it. When I called and spoke with the owner she had no interest in resolving the issue with me and instead told me I should call the police and report a theft. I would never ever recomend this business to anyone.
