  • Stay away. Their showroom is very limited. You get a binder catalog you can order from - in person or online. This option means you are getting something you haven't tried, sat on, laid on, etc. Well, I ordered a kilck klack sofabed online and regret ever coming across this site. As soon as it was delivered and set up I told them it was not good. The day after my dad slept on this sofabed it became painfully (in the most literal sense) clear how bad this klick klack is. But the owner only accused me of not knowing anything about this style (owned different ones my whole life), said the policy is no refunds (not stated online at all) and now I am disputing this through my credit card company. Extremely poor product at prices that seem fair at first but then turn out to be just a waste. Terrible customer service.
