rev:text	I sent them to my rental property to replace a broken spring and add a brace to the bottom of the door. They give me an accurate quote over the phone beforehand and when the tech got to the property he called me and gave me an update. I had the tech look at the rest of the garage door for other repairs and he told me it looked great. The tech nor the company ever tried to up sell me or do unneeded work even when I asked.
