  • Told me to come 15 min early to wait, for them to be 20 min late. Would say this is a fluke but my wife came in a week ago had her wait 45 min after her appointment before telling her that they are running late. Receptionist up front have no clue how to manage flow. One lady says I'm next and than 3 patients later I ask again and I'm still next. Still confused by what just happened! Horrible experience will not come back again for sure!!
