  • I am writing this review as it is not my first experience at this location in last 7 days. Nicole you need to learn some customer service. Therefore this is my 3 rd encounter with you and every time I have been to this store you have checked me out and it's always some problem and drama experience. I can never just check out and be on my way. You got to call ten people you have no answers. You can't answer a question. When it's just a straight checkout and return it was a problem. If I was just reviewing you this would be a 1 star. As we have gone to Cheyenne 2 times not to deal with your drama. Your never sorry or can you make things easy in my 3 trips. The first time I said a bad day. Second time difficult order. This time I had to return 6 parts all same and get block. In fact you screwed my order up again and I am on my way to Cheyenne again to get what you didn't give me. Its not fair to the business as a whole to rate 1 star. The carry out gentleman are awesome. Your manager is helpful. Sometime the floor staff is not that knowledgeable but at least they try!
