Review #248 - 2016
I booked two rooms during our stay from 12/18-12/20. I needed the extra room because Owen snores and I can't sleep with a snorer and a 9-month old baby in the same room.
The happiest person about this whole arrangement was our 14-year old son since he feels that his mom is controlling and I won't let him play his loud music and do whatever he wants so he got to spend the entire trip in a room with his 13-year old cousin. I guess that was money well spent. NOT! Teenagers aren't supposed to be overly happy...not on my watch. LOL
I've stayed here often enough to know what to expect, but the newest addition is the customer service text messaging. I love that feature, now that I got my iPhone 5s set up, that is. It's so nice and convenient. I sent them a text to ask for a playpen for my daughter and they showed up about 10-15 minutes later.
I even texted them asking if we could move to another room because the high school kids in the room next door, who were there for their hockey league, were playing their music super loud and I couldn't sleep. However, they didn't have any rooms available and offered to send security up, but I told them that wasn't necessary.
The second day of our stay, I managed to deactivate my key and sent them another text, 10 minutes later the bellman brings up another set of keys. I couldn't be happier with the convenience and super quick response time. Love this place!
