| - I know airport hotels are meant as a place to rest your head for a few hours, but I will not be back. Based on the website, this Sheraton looks like it is a up to date, 4 star hotel. That was not the case.
First of all, this place is not easy to get to unless you are coming right from the airport itself. After looping around twice, I finally found the parking lot. The entrance was not especially visible and you have to pass through the disgusting pool area to find the lobby.
The rooms and overall interior are old and quite honestly, dirty looking. The bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in and so dimly lit I could barely see myself.
I went to the Starbucks cafe near the lobby in the morning for a coffee around 7:30 and there was not an employee. I asked the front desk staff for help and, after about 10 minutes, they sent someone over. She made a drink and then, with a rude attitude, told me I would have to pay for the drink at the front desk.
For $200, you could find somewhere MUCH nicer and friendly to stay in the Cleveland area.
