  • Worst company to ship with, ever. Most recent delivery is 4 days past scheduled delivery date, 250 miles away, and been rescheduled for delivery twice. And this is the pattern with OnTrac - they can't keep their packages "on trac" and delivered on time. If you want reliable, dependable service, stick with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You'd even have better luck with carrier pigeon, or pack mule. If I could give minus stars for a review I would.
