  • Thus far, this complex has been amazing to live in. The floor plans are great for anyone really keen on symmetry and space. Also, whenever my apartment has needed maintenance, it's been handled promptly. Regarding neighbors, I haven't experienced any loudness or obtrusive smells from them. And regarding crime, I haven't witnessed any cases of violence or theft. Finally, all the staff that I've gotten to know (Coy, Jay, and Gloria) are super nice. On a side note, I get packages sent to me frequently, and they often end up in the office. Thankfully, staff has been generous enough to manage my mountainous mail without complaint. :-D On another side note, I don't have an automobile. Just skimming through the reviews of this place, extreme polarization is easily noticeable (there are mostly 5 and 1 ratings, with little inbetween), and most of the 1s are related to parking issues. In my view, it seems unfair to dock so many stars for a flaw of 1 type out of many. However, it's something that I don't deal with and can't speak much about from experience.
