| - This review is strictly for the lactation consultant, whose name I will not disclose. I found her online and inquired about her services. I scheduled an appointment with her, not knowing I had to be an actual WIC program participant. My son wouldn't latch on, it was painful when he did and I was tempted to give up nursing. When she tried to put me in / pull me up in the system and realized I wasn't there, she closed the door , asked made to latch the Baby on. She noticed that I wasn't pulling the Baby in enough (closer to my body)..and the reason it was so painful to latch was because I had yeast infection on my breast, the Baby had trush in his mouth.. The remedy, she said "vinegar". It was gone, the pain, in less than 3 days. Burned like hell to put it on, but lordy it worked. She gave me a few nipple shields to utilize until it went away, and taught me how to properly use them. I am FOREVER grateful.
Cons. The a.c. feels like it doesn't work. The wait time was long even though only a few people were present. They didn't look that organized up front. They could've gave me the details before I drove to the other side of town. They also spent a lot of time looking for a file that didn't exist (up front).
