  • I worked over the internet with Megan at Earnhardt Lexus of Scottsdale on a CT 200H Hybrid and got a fantastic quote right off the bat...no haggling. I then went to Arrowhead Lexus and asked for a quote on an identical car. They were SO FAR OFF. I was mad and let the salesman for trying to rip me off and let him read the emails from Earnhardt with the good deal. He choked a little and said that Earnhardt was being pretty aggressive but he would try to meet their deal. Why do they think that is OK? Trying to screw me and THEN meet their price. Arrowhead then told me they had one at their "sister" dealership and could get it right away. They let me borrow an older CT Hybrid for the evening so that my wife could drive it after work. She liked it, so I was about to do the deal, the next day, with Arrowhead because they are so close to my home. After my wife drove it, we got home and had a voicemail from Arrowhead. The salesman told me that the car was not at their sister dealership and would have to be transported to this dealership....72..96 hours. Fabrication for a sale...BS
