| - I was referred to Klee's Climate Control by a relative a few months ago while in the process of purchasing a condo. During the inspection phase of the sale, I hired Chuck to run a complete diagnoses on the old system to get a professional opinion on the remaining service life on the original system. Chuck arrived on time, he ran a complete and thorough diagnostic, and even took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail along the way. Chuck was extremely professional and very knowledgable about the HVAC industry and the products available.
I ultimately decided to replace the entire heating and cooling system in the condo and hired Klee's Climate Control for the job after I received another quote. When I compared the two quotes (one was from a large company), the company's quote was several thousand dollars more expensive for an inferior system than the one Chuck quoted me for, and overall, I was just more impressed with Chuck's knowledge of his trade versus the limited information I received from the representative of the larger company.
On the day that the new system was installed, Chuck got everything set up without issue, but he was unable to test the system due to another contractor I had working at the time covering the ceiling vents with plastic. Chuck came back a couple days later and completed the final test without issue or complaint even though it was my fault for scheduling the other contractor at the same time as the HVAC system install. I should also mention that while Chuck was there during the follow-up inspection, he picked up a perishable package for me that was delivered while he was there and he put it inside of my refrigerator because I was not home.
About two months after the install, I contacted Chuck again because I found a new smart thermostat I wanted to install. Chuck came over the day after I purchased the new unit and set it up for me in just a few minutes without any problems.
I highly recommend Chuck for any HVAC issues you have. He is honest, professional, reliable, and cares about his customers. In a day and age when a lot of people will do sloppy work for a premium price (as I recently experienced with a plumber), Chuck does exceptional work at a very reasonable cost. I will absolutely use Klee's Climate Control for all future services and will refer him to all of my friends and family.
