I have definitely had mixed experiences going here. I had one lady who was incredibly sweet and attentive and twice, I've had a lady who was not. Definitely willing to go back based on a very positive first experience. Overall, they're clean and they do a nice job.
My latest experience, a common theme with all nail salons: ask if you're coming home from work but don't really care about the answer. I've grown accustomed to this question from most salons and I'm *almost* desensitized to it. But when the lady clipped and cut my nail cuticle to the point where it bled... and then had the nerve to tell me *I* scared her when I jumped, um... I would have expected a little better response to cutting your client, "I'm very sorry"?
Willing to give it another go. Hopefully next time I don't get the same lady. P.S. Don't ask people if they're working today. It comes off as very rude unless you care to listen to the answer.
