Ok. Update.
1. If items arrive damaged refuse them. Period.
2. Inspect all of the furniture. Pull out every drawer. If you can, watch them assemble it. Look to make sure nothing is broken.
3. Their repair team came out. They got the item repaired and it looks like new.
I am happy. They just need to educate their delivery drivers a bit more on proper procedure.
Also - Kudos to Ashley Furniture for contacting me via yelp. I didn't need any special assistance. Just being patient, being nice, and working with the store did the trick.
