  • Visited the Westin for a weekend. We were attending a BodyBuilding competition in the Convention Center. From the moment we walked in we were impressed by Amber's assistance at the desk and later that of Matt's. The hotel smelled lovely, the rooms were clean, well set up and comfortable. The service was way above our expectation which made our experience a memorable one. Everyone says hello on their team,no matter where you cross them and Audrey which I constantly disturbed over the phone asking for one thing or another always kept an upbeat demeanor and made me feel at ease. The food was delicious, breakfast french toast and pancakes hit the spot. Seriously, I've traveled alot over the years and I've been to many hotels some better then others nothing compares to the incredible service we received here from this team. Amber, Matt and team thank you for making this a special time away from home.
