  • Worst service ever! Bought a part online and selected in store pick up to save on shipping. Turns out LG covered part under warranty and I didn't need part I ordered from Sears. They wouldn't cancel and said I would get charged no matter if I picked up part or not after their 30 day policy. Most stores will cancel within a certain time frame if an order isn't picked up. This place needs to come out of the ice age! Wouldn't buy anything here again.
