Pretty cool vibe, delicious food and great service. Small plate izakaya spot on Dundas with some pretty interesting selections. We opted for the potato salad, monkfish liver pate, fried shrimp and garlic-soy chicken wings. The potato salad was surprisingly delicious, flanked by some taro chips. The shrimp were pretty good, but didn't blow me away. The real star of the show was the monkfish liver pate. Executed perfectly, it's almost a challenge to explain. The wings were fresh, unique and tasty. The food has an underlying homemade feel to it, but not amateur.
