  • This has been by far the shadiest property I've ever lived in there were so many constant issues while living here I dealt with everything from roaches to the Ac not working to my water always not working, and to top it off after my lease was about to end I go in to speak to the original manager Dominique to give her notice of my leaving the property after the end of my lease well before my lease ended I go to pay which is already ridiculous in itself the 187.00 they want to charge me for 7 days of living there they now tell me that I never gave her notice and now want to charge me for another full month of rent. I am now being punished for their managements fault as I was told she should have provided me with documentation to sign and have an inspection done. I was never given anything from her and after that I repeatedly reached out to a Matt Rodgers who is their property manager who repeatedly ignored all of my calls and emails and voicemails until I reached out to the corporate office of which he then lied and said he had been in communication with me which he never once did, there is some shady business practices going on there DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND WANT TO LIVE WITH ROACHES NO HEAT NO COLD AIR NO RUNNING WATER AND TINY SPACES! I was a perfect resident paying my rent EARLY and in full and in the end treated like a liar and disrespected by their management. I will continue to share my story with the mass media and social media outlets so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
