  • My wife convinced me to go with B of A when we got married because she has been with him for so long and are home loan at the time was with them. This place had 1 teller for 15 people in line on a friday afternoon. What the what?!?!? Manager couldn't help because he isnt allowed to touch cash. If you have any other options take it. It's obvious that Bank of America wants you to do everything online and not step foot in a branch which isn't always possible from an ATM or computer screen. Dumb.
