| - Royal Foot Care is great. My friends and I have been going regularly for the past couple years. We recommend the $35/60 minutes full body massage.
They seat you in a reclining chair, with your feet soaking in warm water. They start by massaging the pressure points on your face and head, then work your neck, shoulders and arms. Next, they dry your feet and give you a foot/leg rub.
The last 20-30 minutes they have you lay face-down, and they work on various pressure points on your back, glutes and legs, incorporating stretching into the process. You have the option of hot stone/oil massage for your back if you want to remove your top. Otherwise the entire massage is fully-clothed, which is a nice option. (I would recommend wearing comfy shorts and an old tee shirt to keep any lotion from getting on your clothing.)
Coco and Leo are the best reflexologists. Ask for them by name. We've had others as well that weren't quite as good, (including one guy whose hands smelled like cigarette smoke) but for $35, it's a great deal, considering that most massages cost upwards of $150. And what you get here is more akin to a sports massage or even chiropractic treatment, and very therapeutic.
(Note --They advertise a $20/60 minutes foot massage as well; it appears from some of the other reviews that people may have been confused by this and after getting a full body massage, they expected the cost to be $20, and thought they were being required to give a 50% tip, when in reality, the cost for the full-body massage is $15 more than for a foot massage. There is a bit of a language barrier and they do always want to up-sell you to the more expensive treatment. We have never been required to tip, but always end up tipping at least $20 per treatment because they work really hard).
