This place is a sanctuary in the desert. It's located in a fun area of Phoenix and is surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and I leave happy and centered. If you're new to yoga, I highly recommend CorePower Yoga for a great workout and experience.
Staff: The staff at CorePower always have a smile on their faces and are willing to offer assistance in whatever you need. They make you feel accepted and appreciated for who you are rather than making you feel out of place.
Classes: There are a variety of classes that are suited for beginners, experienced yogis, and yogis looking for a serious calorie burn.
Atmosphere: I love the wooden accents and the spa-like atmosphere. But also, those lemon-lavender cloths at the end of each class are the bomb. They are by far one of my favorite parts of class. As soon as the teacher brings them into the room, my soul feels a little happier.
Tips: You can rent a towel, mat, and buy a water bottle if you need any of those. There are showers, hair spray, mouthwash, and hair ties (at least in the ladies' area).
Come here and leave relaxed :)
