  • Amazing! Got there at 12pm on a Thursday afternoon and there was already a line up! I think it took us roughly 15-20 minutes to get a seat inside (which isn't too bad). The broth was amazing and rich! I asked for less salt and it was perfection. And the meat just melted in your mouth! Santouka broth is better than Sansotei, Kinton and Kenzo. This is probably the best ramen in downtown Toronto!
