rev:text	Pho Plus is an average establishment for Charlotte. I have tried most menu items and I would say they are all edible but none of them pack a great deal of flavor. I am guessing it is a case of you have to know your audience. I'm not sure that Charlotte is ready for authentic Pho yet. In fairness, my comparison is to Orange County and San Jose California. Pho Plus could not survive there but it is just adventurous enough for Charlotte.
