  • This was a little bit of a disappointing experience for me. For $60 (with Brent), which I feel is on the high end for Pittsburgh, I would expect to get a haircut with a little more artistry/style. My haircut was fine, somewhat boring, but if I'm going to pay that much (which I'm OK with) I feel that the stylist should be giving a higher level of input as far as what looks good and really personalize the cut. McN does all the business things wonderfully - friendly, clean, efficient - but in the end the cut is really what is most important to me.
