  • i wish i could go directly through the owner of the home and bypass R&C. From the day we moved in we have always paid our rent on time and kept up the home out of our pocket. There were multiple things not working when we moved in so out of our pocket we repaired the sprinkler system in the backyard to working order repaired the nuclear meltdown for the timed pump on the pool and replaced the stove. We also had to rent a carpet cleaner to clean the carpeting as the smell of dog was horrible. Also was asked to pull the weeds in the front yard our move in day. I have an autistic daughter who is doing really well in the school district and it keeps me from moving, but yesterday i noticed a swarm of bees, and i do mean a SWARM, hundreds so of course I put in a maintenance request which i doubt will be taken care of for at least 3 weeks. Although i have a number and after calling and spending two minutes i have a reputable company and a price to remove the bees, but Im sure thats not quite the time frame they will have. So again out of our own pockets we will be paying I will definitely not be renewing another lease worst realtor company in all of Arizona.
