Pretty much the same issues as another customer. Had a slow leak that turned into almost a flat tire, well pretty much a flat. I filled it with air and had it repaired from a place that Hertz authorized for me to go. So out of my own vacation time i turned into a Hertz employee and worked on the car myself. So then I realized that I wont be reimbursed. The employee at the airport couldn't really help us. Also stated that he was super busy at his workstation and to fill out the incident report outside in the cold. While my wife sitting there said he wasn't even doing anything. So all in all rude, unhelpful, and like most rental car companies out there.
Wont use hertz again.
