I came to this branch to make my mortgage payment and when I was in line my 4 year old said he needed to go pee. My husband nicely asked where the restrooms were at and they said it was Chases policy that clients can't use their restrooms. My son at this point has to go really bad, my husband asked to speak with the manager hoping they would have common sense to let a toddler use their restroom. The manager Violeta Flores came out, took her time walking around the bank doing nothing and finally addressed my husband repeating the same line he was told before. He asked does common sense not dictate to allow a toddler to use the restroom, my husband even said he was fine with the guard and the manager taking our son so that there wasn't a client back there A chase customer in front of me in line said out loud, "They are lying, they let my son use the restroom 2 days ago." I had to walk out without paying my mortgage because the line wasn't even moving and my son was going to pee his pants. We are both professional educators and have never been treated with such unprofessionalism and humiliation to my child. Now, my son is crying and upset that grown adults were mean to him. Only a 1 star rating because I had to.
