My mother in law took me here for my birthday because I was in town and she knew I had been wanting to try it out for some time now. First off let me say this, the ambience is beautiful and very charming. It would be a great place to bring a date or have a girls night out.
What I didn't care for were the appetizers, our server wasn't very knowledgable about the wine, and they were out of several things I asked for that were listed on the wine menu. I ended up ordering a flight of rose' They ran out of two that I liked, so I ordered a glass of Pinot noir after the flight.
The skillet dips tasted like cream cheese. There was too much cheese. We ordered the goat cheese peppered peach dip, chicken spinach artichoke, another cream cheese chicken dip, and the braised pork sliders. The pork sliders were a slightly dry with little flavor but they were okay.
It was just too much and around $17-$22 a pop I expected a little more quality than what was offered. Their menu is designed for sharing, so the portions are huge, hence the price tag. That's really not that appealing to me.
I'd give it another shot for drinks and dessert because I do love the ambience.
