  • One of the agents that we have dealt with, namely JOAN CHUNG, was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and impolite person we've ever met. I just don't know how she became an agent when she doesn't have the patience to deal with clients. She screams at her clients, not only to me but to my friends as well who had her before. Because of our experience with her, we are never recommending Ameridream Realty to anybody because clearly their employees don't value the meaning of Customer Service. And to Ameridream Realty: Please reorient your staff and have a "Service Excellence Program."
