  • Worst vacuum and customer service. I simply asked just for my truck vacuumed, the guy told me well if you want to pay $12 for just a vacuum or you can get the full service. 30minutes later my truck was done being washed. After I complained that the seats were hardly vacuumed and a lot of hair remained, the lady told me that their vacuums aren't made to get dog hair off seats and I would need to purchase something else in order to do so. She did not even offer to do a better job or apologize for the poor service. She gave me an attitude and made me feel like I was wrong for wanting the job done right.
