rev:text	I take my Mazda here to get oil changes. I've never had quality issues with my vehicle but sometimes I feel like maybe I'm getting ripped off. I normally go for a walk while my car is being serviced, but whenever they give me an estimated time, they don't really deliver and I wait an extra 20 minutes. The one thing which left a bad taste in my mouth was after my first oil change the service rep came up to me said "Mazda will send you a survey, if you give us all top scores, I'll give you a free oil change". If that doesn't sound like a bribe, I don't know what is...
