  • Number 16 on my tour of Charlotte's awesome brewery scene. Bayne is a great little joint in Cornelius. It has a decent variety of brews but lacks any significant ABVs. We wanted to try their Winter Ale, which was just 7.3%, but it wasn't on tap. Settled for the IPA which was a mild Hops and came in at 6.3%. It was decent. We came in on Valentine's and they had an Awesome Chocolate Fountain setup. Loved it. Place smelled like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. Also, the staff was great. I hope to check in again in the future and try something with a bit more kick. Great little place for a pint on the way home.
