I ordered a sandwich. I waited and waited. Ten people who ordered after me got their order and I still waited. Finally, I complained and the manager said "oh we are rushing your order." Obviously, they just forgot to make my order - or they didn't have the right ingredients which is what I suspect. When I finally got my order of a veggie sandwich, it was pretty gross. The manager said that the chef "apologized." But she offered nothing but a "sorry." Who has ever heard of a restaurant that screws up your order and then says "sorry" but makes no effort to make it right or to refund your money? I will certainly never go back. Everyone should know that if they screw up your food here, you'll get a "sorry, too bad for you" but your money will still be taken.
