  • Went in for a simple fill. On the store front glass it says fill $15. On the sign on the wall it says $15. I sat down and she begins to temove the polish and says... do you need your nails cut shorter and i said of course, they've grown out thats why i am coming in for a fill. She says that's extra. $18. I found this to be bull because clip down or shorten nails $3 is nowhere on a sign stating the extra charge. I said i dont want to pay extra for you to clip my nails. Just finish the fills. She sent me to wash my hands and i pulled out $18. I was upset that they were trying to upcharge me, but i was still going to give a $3 tip. I got back and she said $18. So not only did she lose a good customer as i get a fill every couple of weeks and the salon is very close to my house, but she lost her tip for the bad service too. My nails are crooked and the polish is quite thin. Terrible service. Terrible customer service!!!
