I recently went into the Tower of Jewels to collect jewelry that had been repaired and to purchase diamond earrings and possibly a ring. I stood waiting for over ten minutes before the sales rep came to assist me. He was the one that took my repair two weeks previous but clearly did not remember me. He only came to me after the shop floor had no other customers. I told him I was there to pick up my repair and to discuss purchase of earrings with him. He brought my repairs to me which were fantastic, however he then elected to place me in the 'care' of another representative as he had a sale on the floor. This, in my opinion was very rude of him and I told the female rep exactly that. She priced the earrings higher than the price that the man had given me two weeks earlier and had a very 'snotty' tone. I expressed my displeasure at being left by the original salesman as he sought a better sale elsewhere. I was very angry at being treated like a second class citizen and one who was not worthy of spending any time with. As I had several thousand dollars in my wallet at the time it is clearly their loss as I will take my business elsewhere.
Then to add insult to injury, the security guard followed me outside the door to the corner of the building and watched me enter my car before he went back into the store. HOW RUDE!!! What did he think I was going to do? Seriously Tower of Jewels is this how you treat customers or do they have to have a certain income before you provide them with the service that EVERYONE should be given? I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE!!!!!
