rev:text	This company sent 4 guys over to pack and load the truck. They seemed to have done a good job and even helped finish packing. They told me they were taking my stuff to a warehouse, where it would stay until a semi truck would fill up and move it to Florida. They were very unsure of how long this would take; from 7 days to 3 weeks. I was very surprised that they arrived in 5 days, but more surprised to find what happened to my belongings! It was a disaster! I received a phone call telling me they were unable to drive the truck into my complex, so they would have to remove my belongings and transfer them to a smaller truck. They refused to deliver my belongings unless I paid them $450 extra, up front! I wonder how many people they pull this trick on? Two Russian men (the younger one spoke no English, the older one, very little) delivered my belongings. The older man sat on the truck the whole time, while the younger, thinner man took my boxes off the truck, and literally tossed them on my patio. When I politely questioned him, he shook his head, as if he didn't understand me. Then, two other men, who just happened to be in the area, started carrying my furniture up the stairs, poking gaping holes in my walls, on the way up! They said the larger man gave them $30 each to finish carrying in my belongings! The original two men vanished, after the young man threw my belongings off the truck! The whole thing was a disaster with the Russian men. My elegant, 24kt gold banded china was broken in hundreds of pieces! My prized imported lead crystal cake plate was smashed to bits! My furniture was full of scratches that weren't there before. I am missing things, including a $700 cell phone, and a bag of 14kt gold jewelry. I have junk that doesn't even belong to me. No checking tags, no inspection, no follow up call, not the tiniest speck of professionalism! This company may be alright for local moves, but for long distance, they're out of business. I gave them one star, but they deserve zero! I spoke to a company rep, Elena, who was supposed to get back to me, but never did. Nothing was done to rectify this!
