  • Joel was the sales person I worked with, and he could not have been more helpful. I knew what make and model I wanted, and what I could afford. He didn't waste my time trying to talk me into something more expensive, and he explained the discounts offered on their website (vet, Uber driver, recent grad mentioned by another poster). He also explained that they could probably get the price down to meet that (they did). Here's the thing: it's a car dealership! None of the car salesman stuff bothered me. They won't give you a straight answer on the car because it totally depends on what they can work for you. Joel isn't pushy at all, and Ferik in finance was very professional as well. I did not get turned over until I had to sign the paperwork, and Joel waited until I finished before he went home. I think it depends on who your salesperson is, so ask for Joel!
