  • Five days in advance I booked a 2:00 appointment for a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. They called the day before to confirm the 2:00 time. The day of the appointment I arrived five minutes early and was told they had me down for 1:30 not 2:00 which is bs. Twenty five minutes later I was finally seen. During the appointment while my nails were still wet, I was told there wasn't time to do the eyebrow wax because they were closing and they requested I cash out. Besides not getting my wax that was scheduled five days in advance, the mani/pedi job was poor. The entire experience was pitiful.
