  • Last minute room needed had high hopes quickly got over that. Hotel is under major construction, no pool, have to either walk or take a tram to neighboring hotels. Got in my bath tub to soak for a min after a long drive and saw mold and hair and just filth under the soap dish. Just gross! Not that hard to spray some bleach in a tub while cleaning. Also I'm paying a resort fee for what??? No pool, no fridge in the rooms, no coffee maker, no plastic cups even!!! So what the hell are they charging a resort fee for??? Oh and $15 a day to valet my car??? I'm a hotel guest!!!
