  • *BEWARE* Mark (the owner) is extremely rude! I used our home warranty to fix a dishwasher that was leaking. (It's a 4plex) and he went to the wrong unit- claimed he "fixed" the problem and that was it. My tenants called and complained that the dishwasher was still leaking. I called him and he YELLED at me over the phone stating it was my tenants fault HE went to the wrong unit..... he came back out to "fix" the problem and gave my tenant misleading information and the dishwasher is still leaking.... it's been a month.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are now working with a new company to get the dishwasher fixed.
