  • Cox communications is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their staff is incompetent, no one seems to know what is going on down there only after you speak to 3 million people can you actually get anything done I pray for the day when there is a viable competitor. The only reason they even have one star is because yelp does not allow me to give them a negative rating.
