Went in for sippy cups, found what we wanted...surprisingly. Even for just having a small Babies R Us section, this Toys R Us has a ridiculously small selection of baby items: just about 3 rows worth and of course some clothes (which are always a rip off).
I'm finally posting a review because of our recent shopping experience at this location. My husband was paying for our item and chose to sign up for the "Rewards" program, yet for some reason, all of the questions were directed to me. Our cashier must have been offended by me texting because she said, "I know you're texting but I need your email address." I'm not sure why she didn't ask my husband for his, since he was the one who was taking care of the entire transaction & I actually never breathed a word.
I never text when I am involved with paying for something or anything of the sort. However...I was not the one buying this item and I didn't appreciate the attitude that was given. And after I gave this info, the cashier kept looking at me and trying to get me involved in a conversation about children being closely spaced (what?...why does that have anything to do with me or my transaction...?)
All of this made for a tiring and long check out experience. And it contributes to my 1 star rating of this place.
