  • I first walked into Global Bikes on Valentine 2011, right away I met Charlayne. She was awesome very friendly and answered any questions we had. After spending some time w her test riding different bikes, we decided to check other shops and see out else was out there. After ending up at another shop and test riding bikes we just couldn't forget Charlayne and how great she was ( we did not get the same service at the shop we were at). We ended up going back and purchasing 2 road bikes! If it wasn't for Charlayne we probably would have purchased somewhere else, but she just rocks and knows her stuff! We love our bikes and trust her knowledge if we need something. We also love the meetups Global puts on and the classes. Global Bikes is very lucky to have Charlayne as their employee! Thanks Charlayne!
