  • Professional and stood by their word. I ordered tile a few weeks back and there was an unfortunate situation where the vendor was not communicating they were back ordered. Two weeks after paying for my tile I learned it was not available and it would be at least another few weeks before they would get enough to fill my order. I ended up working with a good portion of their flooring and distribution team (including Gary, Rebecca, Anthony, Carolina, and Jannet) who helped work out a solid deal and deliver on their promise. Long story short, I was upgraded to a more expensive tile for the exact same cost and the tile was delivered within 2 days of us aligning on this fix. It's easy to praise a team when everything goes smooth. However, their eagerness to help and ability to work through this challenge really impressed me. Great job team!
